3. Travel within 7 days before or after major holidays is not permitted. Space during peak season may not be available in some areas (Myrtle Beach
and Daytona Beach), depending on hotel/resort availability. If you wish to stay on holidays, weekends, or travel within 60 days, discounted rates are
also available through this program. You will find instructions for this optional plan on your reservation form.
4. Travel must be completed within one year of the Reservation Form issue date. Your Reservation Form must be mailed at least 70 days in advance of
your desired travel dates. Your Reservation Form will ask you to specify a preferred and one alternate date of travel at least 45 days later. Check in
days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, for your complimentary 2-night hotel accommodations. It is important that you do not leave for your
hotel vacation until you have received confirmation of your Reservation. You may also be required to call the program's reservations center to confirm
your reservation approximately one month prior to check-in. Simply follow the instructions on the confirmation letter you receive.
5. Changes made to your reservation after booking require a $25 charge. Once the certificate is registered (names and dates selected), the name of the
first guest can not be changed.
